BBC (Beware of Barclays cards). Review on Barclays Bank

I got a call sometime back from barclays.I already had two cards at that time and was happy with the service of SBI and ICICI cards. But, since the sales executive gave me a strong assurance that my credit limit will be enhance and many more offers will be tagged along with my card. I applied for it. After all the nonsense verifications (Nonsense because the verifying officer comes and asks my security guard at the company where I am the boss.It might become irritating as none of your direct contact persons are asked about your identity).

I got a card which does not even give me my one months net salary as credit limit. Worst part is that it is not even a gold card. All such false assurances to give a card. It seems the executives are just trying to get maximum applications.Please do not get carried away by the false assurance given by the card sales persons.As such it is better to avoid this card.
