This bank staff are not care for there client. Because they are govt employees. They have some attitude problem. I am not happy with this bank. They have always excuse for all work.One star is more for you. I am very sad I was having an account in this bank and got cancelled due to not timely banking and respect towards customer.
The staff is very rude to customers as if it is the requirement of customers only and not to the bank. This is pathetic. The persons who are going to open and account, do not open in this bank unless and until it is necessary. U do have other nationalized banks to open and account. Now a days other private banks are also authorized for disbursing the pensions. Plz think before u open!
