Hello friends, I want to share my experience about Bank of India.My bank is situated at Govind Market, balidih in Bokaro Steel City.I have a saving account there.Friends, this bank is not good because they don't provide real information to it's customer and make laugh at them
ATM Availability- Friends, ATM is the main issue of this bank.There is only one ATM in whole Balidih area and the ATM is just on ground floor while Bank is on first floor.
The time of open of ATM is the bank time.
The ATM has no security guard and also ATM is Non-AC.
Internet Banking-Friends it's internet banking is not up to the mark because if you use it internet banking it takes much time to complete transation and also several time you loss your money without completing process.
Customer Service-It's customer service is not good because they treat the customer according to their cloths and always be rude for poor looking person.
