Humiliated by Manager. Review on Banana Leaf, Vijay Nagar, Indore

I had a terrible experience at Banana Leaf Restaurant, Indore. I visited with my family, including my 7-year-old child. While we were dining, my younger kid insisted on having a pizza, so I bought one separately. When I tried to bring him inside with the pizza, the restaurant manager rudely stopped him at the entrance, stating that outside food was not allowed.

How can I leave my child outside while the rest of us eat inside? I requested the manager to make an exception since we were already ordering and paying for their food, but instead of understanding our situation, he humiliated us. To make matters worse, he even started recording videos of us without consent! This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We felt so uncomfortable and insulted that we left after paying—without even eating their food. Absolutely disappointing experience! I would never recommend this place to families who expect basic courtesy & respect.
