I'm honestly shocked and disgusted by the state of things at Bakliwal Coaching Classes. What they run is NOT an institute for learning its a money-making machine disguised as education.
All they do is conduct repetitive 3-hour lectures with zero genuine support for the majority of students. There is no personal attention, no academic guidance, no mentorship, and certainly no emotional or educational support for those who need help. The entire focus is on 5-10% cream students the ones who are already ahead. The rest? They're completely neglected.
Everyone else is just there to fill seats and pay fees. Its crystal clear that BT does not care about helping every student succeed they care about results only from their top few, so they can market them and lure in more paying customers. Its a cynical, money-hungry setup that lacks even a basic sense of ethics or responsibility.
We paid full fees for a so-called "comprehensive" course for 11th and 12th. But when we saw our daughter's performance decline drastically over months due to this toxic, one-size-fits-all approach we had to pull her out. And when we requested a refund for the remaining time, Bakliwal Tutorials flat-out refused. No refund. No discussion. Just stone-cold silence despite repeated emails and calls. They kept the entire advance, shamelessly.
Lets be clear: they stole our time, our trust, and our money. They couldve deducted basic admin costs and returned the rest. But no they pocketed everything without regret. That says everything about who they are.
This is NOT education. This is exploitation.
BT doesnt build students. It breaks them unless you're already among the top 1%. Everyone else is left feeling confused, ignored, and broken. No motivation, no results, no future just a big hole in your wallet.
Do NOT fall for the marketing and rank posters. What you see is the polished surface. The reality is deeply disappointing, deeply unethical, and borderline fraudulent.
We lost money. We lost valuable academic time. Most importantly, we lost faith.
We DO NOT recommend Bakliwal Tutorials to anyone who truly cares about their childs education and well-being. They need to be held accountable for their actions, for their greed, and for the disservice they are doing in the name of education.
