Some brands rise, and they keep public interests and their trust in mind.but never with bajaj.i had purchased this waste 2 and half years back, and till now just faced problems, nothing else.the service people hadn't issued me any problems till warranty expiration period;and after that, they gave a variety of problems in periodic services like.1>Clutch Problems2>Piston Problems3>Starter Problems.etc etc etc.
The list never ended.the vehicle seemed to be comfortable till a year, even though the economy was around 35kmpl, i didn't usually mind it.but then problems like skidding on turnings, brake cables and liners frequent wear and tear due to poor quality creeped in.the silly service gave an excuse of harsh indian conditions(as if the vehicle is made for international standards!)
I used to cruise the vehicle after a year and a half, on highways, at around 85kmph, and it felt quite comfortable at those speeds.;forget about economy there!problems doubled with time, even after part replacements like clutch plate and piston rings(when the vehicle was just 1 and half years old).accleration had touched a electric byk's level, and economy had gone to car's level!i asked about any need of further replacements(like brake and ododmeter cables and liners), but the service guys told that bajaj had stopped supplying spare parts of this piece of sh*t.
After being tortured and harassed by those guys, i took to a trustworthy mechanic for the first time, and found out variety of problems like the air filter had got damaged due to ignorance of its cleaning.i did that and tuned up the engine and now riding it with the famous problems.present scenario.silencer has rusted, and its out of stock.headlight has been damaged and its out of stock.brake liners and cables working ok ok and are out of stock.and i'm regretting for throwing 40k for just a piece of crap!
