I have recently purchased a new two wheeler which was launched by Bajaj called V15 from the Showroom at Malakpet Hyderabad. Since, this was my first bike I was having an excitement that I bought a limited edition bike which costed me for INR 75000/-. However, after 3 days I got an issue in the engine when I went to the showroom asking them to replace the bike since its a defective piece which I got they've denied for the same and its been 15 days that they did not resolve my issue, instead the showroom(Sri Sai Motors) Just calls me and checks the bike saying they are looking into it and they dont know what the problem in the bike is. Please let me know what needs to be done in order to change this defective piece as I am not that rich who can buy another bike after 1 year and I dont think this can be a long run bike once I have this issue
