Hi everyone,

Recently I bought a pulsar 150 cc blacky, my old friend was hero honda splendor, not satisfied with the pickup so decided to go for pulser ,

I choosen my vehile out of 9 in the show room but I got disappointed b’cos of following reason,

Pros:

Look wise it is superb ( that’ y still exist in market),

Pick up is good (afterall it is 150 cc )

Cons.

gear transition is very very poor, this may be b’cos I was riding splendour prev.(i know that u can’t get that much butter smooth gear transition in any other vehicle). but still pulser gear sucks. u have to stand on the gear lever to change the gear, it slips and half gear / semi gear all bullshit, if u try to cross check the spec, i.e 0-60 kmph in 5 secs.

it will ditch u, so be a office going "pappa".

can’t these bajaj engineers merely copy the gear mech from splendor...

if u r going for pulser, be prepared for any mileage betn 40 and 60 kmph.

In case any further details required u can mail me at bigbangcre@yahoo.com

So conclusion is

1) Before buying, at any cost don’t forget to rashing it from first gear to 5th gear and back to 1st gear, see whether it slips or stuck, but the delear may not allow u to do that, even if he allows you and u find that problem,, he may tell u after 2nd servie it will be o.k, but it’s not possible, since the design itself like that, then ur fate.

2) People are easily carried away by look.

Thanks
