I am using Bajaj Pulsar from last 3 Years and I have drive something around 1 Lacs Kms. Its sounds unbelievable but its true. This is my first vehicle ever and I have purschsed from my hardly earned money. I m 100% satisied with the vehicle. Now after Lac of Kms it runs so smooth. You know what is the reason behind it???. Time to time service from a authorized service center however its cost you also. If you want a superb performence always give your bike to authorized service centre for service.
As far as average is concern its between 40-45. because I drive at maximum speed of 80Kms/ hr. its not like that I have not drove it after this speed. I have few experiences of 100-110 Kms also. at this speed balance is so good. I suggest you kindly nor drive at this speed after all its a 2-wheeler. you might be driving so good. but there is no gurrantte of others, they can do the mistake.
I don't what is the prformance of DTS-I engine. as that time when I purchased the bike . DTS-I was not available/
