Need a suggestion about engine OIL guys.

I am having Pulsar 150 2008 Model. I want to change **Engine OIL**.

Please give some ideas for the best engine OIL, with its cost.

Earlier I was using Castrol Power1 15w40 engine oil, so I was feeling some problem with gear shifting with it and it was not smooth after long run.

Can any one suggest the best engine oil for Pulsar 150?
