Help & Support:

I bought this OTG because I heard from my friends that buying a convection microwave cooks faster , consumes less power, but does not produce crisp end products when baking cookies or cakes. I am not sure how true this statement can be. I selected this product over Morphy Richards for the pricing and service.

Specs for the product:

Power supply -230V, AC 50HZ.

Wattage -2200W

Mechanical setting: calibrated for every 20C upto 250C.

Bajaj sells a platina line with digital display , better looks and finish, but they only have a 24lt capacity. I decided to go for a 34lt because I can bake upto 20 cookies at a time. I have been using this oven for the past one month baking cakes, bun, cookies, so far so good They turned out crisp on the outside and soft inside. Baked chicken and fish also turned out crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I have yet to try out the rotisserie. On the downside pay special attention to the the wattage as on some of the websites it was given as 1500W, power consumption on this machine is pretty high.

The only issue I have with this machine is that I left a biscuit tray on top of it and it has left a dent. I need to call up the services department. Will definitely share my experience on bajaj service.
