My policy matured on 19/12/2023.
On 26/12/2023, I have enquired about the credit of maturity amount and was shocked to learn from online agent that maturity amount will beposted within 15 days.
On further query, I was told that no bank detail were found.
The bank detail are very much in the system and test transfer was also received in my account.
The online agent askem me to give him the screen shot and without waiting he has immediately left the chatting.
This is a cheating to make extra amount by holding the funds after maturity.
