An organization that is becoming poor to pathetic with an unprofessional set of people
My case of: -
Motorcycle RE Meteor 350 Fire Ball UK 07 DY 5569
Claim No – OC-24-2025-1871-00001041.
Policy No – OG-24-2025-1871-00000289
The only positive response I received was from Dehradun Branch Office Manager
This however does not settle my claim
I have been pursuing my case since 5th Dec 2023(Date of Accident)
I keep receiving letters that are signed(you cannot make anything from the signature) by somebody(no name of signatory/ no email)
With every new stage, a new perception/ a new theory is being cast on my case
Bajaj Allianz staff does not respond to calls
When approached through unknown numbers, they pick up and have nothing much to suggest – a complete lack of ownership and leadership, not at all customer-friendly
They have corroboration with investigators who are nothing short of CIA/ RAW agents trying to go many steps beyond police work
I have been troubled enough for an accident claim
My trust in Bajaj Allianz comes to ZERO level
A simple case of an accident claim is being twisted and muddled with an intent to reject due to limited/ poor/ irrational thinking, negative approach, and selective perception of Bajaj Allianz staff stating it is a misrepresentation of facts. The investigators/ insurance agents, however, cannot give a valid explanation for why the facts will be misrepresented by the customer, what is my gain? When there is no injury, police report, third-party involvement, and/ or any other hidden agenda, a rational and positive approach is expected. Bajaj Allianz cannot be trusted for the Insurance Claims. Interaction with Bajaj Allianz staff also brought out very low, selective thinking opinions of the people employed by Bajaj Allianz. I had a rough experience. Be your best judge.
