I had a two wheeler Loan from bajajfinance.
There was a cheque bounce as I was not sufficient balance in my bank account, I deposited that amount with penalty of RS 350.
But they did not give me clearance even showing the payment proof, it took around 3 month for getting NOC, but till 1 year they did not clear my CIBIL about the closure of my loan account, I continuously did follow up send mail them, visit there branch for more than 10 times, and after 1 year my problem got solved.
They actually harash customer, I do not know whether the company policy is such type or the staff they recruit are of bad behavior.
