I wanted to buy a Microwave oven through Bajaj Finserve in Reliance Digital. So I Went to Near By(Selaiyur, Chennai) Branch of Rel. Digital and after all formalities like Verification of My Bajaj EMI Card activation, Taking My Photo ID etc, while paying the down payment, the person in-charge tells me that the product will be delivered to you after 3 days. I didn't understand, why they need 3 days to deliver the product, if it is readily available in stock. The same question I asked him. He replied your Bajaj Finance account to be verified further. I was deeply disappointed to hear this. So after few arguments, I had to purchase the same by paying full amount from my savings account. As I had to buy on that auspicious day only(sentiment). More over due to lock down rules, the shops are being closed at 6.00 PM.
So, Friends Please enquire thoroughly with the concerned Persons before proceeding further to buy a product through Bajaj Finserve.
