This guys will auto-debit from your account every year a fee of Rs. 99/- annually against inactive fee. This is just illegally collecting money without intimating, from your account.
This will be done even after clearing your loan amount.
Even when you contact the customer care, they wont pick ur call until your waiting list number comes. To call customer care, you should wait minimum 10 minutes of time to start speaking with them. This is ridiculous.
