Bajaj Finance provides one of the worst service in terms of customer service. They are very unclear about their services and provide very unclear picture about the service we are availing. They offer a very fancy rates if you are illegible for their personal loan, which is very tough to be. But, if you are availing a consumer durable loan then they will charge you a very high rate of interest. Also, they have many hidden charges which they tell you after the approval of the loan. As a customer you will not feel much satisfied. Staff attitude is not kind and supportive and they try and force their terms on the customer rather than making them understand the policies.
