As I told above, they are fast in taking money from you than keeping their promise. The sales person promised me a delivery and installation of the AC the next day itself. But it is 3 days I still did not receive the unit. Be careful with the people from this showroom as they are just trapping us
Ask them to deliver the product in front of you then only plan to book. Else I feel other showrooms are quick enough. I had good service from RK Electronics, but I went to Bajaj as they were quoting less price and hence repenting about that now.
Future support is doubtful from this show room. I hope I would be in touch with the company service center than these showroom dudes. But always keep this showroom LAST in terms of visit/booking. And think twice if you planning to book a product with them if the price difference is just in hundreds.
And don’t buy anything from from this showroom for others sake otherwise you will be blamed.
