Since past few months I've noticed that Bajaj Electronics was opening many new stores in city so on 23/4/15 evening along with my family though against her wish(spouse) to abandon our favorite store we tried Bajaj Electronics store at Attapur.
We purchased a 321 liter refrigerator, once the billing was completed the executive vanished, it was my daughter who reminded to collect lucky coupons which were not issued to us, once again it took a long time for another executive to help us out and handing over the coupons stating that only 10 coupons are available and I should be satisfied with them. Next day the delivery man took the amount as informed but later requested to shell more for his hard work another 50 bucks were paid extra, when we inquired about free gift he bluntly replied that it is not his responsibility and we should contact show room.
Today I made 6 calls only 2 were answered, the customer care executive informed that I should try again after 5 minutes and hung the call, later the phone was picked and in few seconds the call was dropped. This was my first and last visit to this store and I would suggest other customers to try other stores.
