Discover is amazing !. Review on Bajaj Discover 100

Well well well ... BAJAJ DISCOVER !! Its truly amazing bike . Lets see how !!

First things first ..... don't try comparing discover with 150 cc segment bikes .. because u r then not playing fair on DISCOVER then.

I bought my full-blown version ( Electric Start , Disc brakes, Alloy Wheels - Cherry Color )

1 and half months back and believe me IT ROCKS !!

The whole package is so wonderful that you can't really think of anything other while staying in this bike Even I read about 15 reviews and then went for this model.

• The bike is excellent to ride and can really ride all day !!

• The ergros are excellent and all the buttons on the handle bar are provided perfectly.

• The bike really has good pick up and gives the same 'grrr' sound as Pulsor

• The gears , yes , sound awkward but its OK ... u can still enjoy the ride man !!

• I have run about 400 kms and the first month (before 1st service)

it gave average of 45 kmpl. (including top speeds like 70 kmph sometimes)

• After 1st service it gives average of 63.. yes u read it right .. its 63.

I checked it with only 1 litre petrol over the usual reserve and using the trip meter. So its correct , I believe !!

• Ite really very much acceptable around 60-65 kmpl. Isn't it !!!!

• It really as awesome looks.

I like its imaginative looks ( unlike Honda Unicorn -- they play safe looks )

• And believe me buddies .... Its really awesome to see people admiring ur bike with alloy wheels all along ur ride. Though it costs more ... but its luxury .. and its awesome

and worth it.

Presently in march 2005 , rates in delhi are;

BASIC model Rs 43000 - 44000 ( approx)

ELECTRIC START model Rs 45000 - 46000 (approx)

FULL BLOWN - (disc + alloy) Rs 51000- 52000 (approx)

these prices are on road including insurance and registration charges etc.

So my verdict is...... JUST GO FOR IT.... believe me ... U won't regret
