My HONDA CITY CAR stolen on 11/10/18, FIR Done, Untraceable Report and other all documents submitted to Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company.


In beginning they harnessed stating that complaint lodged not on time then I send Screenshot of message received from PCR 100 same time.


Then they send letter, showing that I had replied to them . Then They send FINAL REMINDER. I send then all letter send my me with Traceable report from Department of Post, Govt of India stating that they had received all letters.


Then I received the letter stating that complaint rejected stating keys submitted are not same. I purchased IInd hand car, how could I know that keys are same. If I could have budget, I would have purchased new one then received same keys from company. I send my complaint to IRDA then it is forwarded to complaint grievances cell of bajaj allianz insurance company .


And cell is replying me back with just as it is answer send by company earlier, Simply CUT+ COPY+PASTE .


Is it the only responsibility or duty of grievances cell . When customer that too from last 10 years customer, is approaching to IRDA and to Company, their job is just giving same reply .


What is my mistake, not submitted the other key . have they ever asked why I had not submitted earlier .


Company documents collections person only told that two keys are more than enough .


And I myself is coming forward to submit third key, then they are saying I hided the facts . Really shocking!


Second, Company is stating that two keys are not matched with third key . I purchased this car almost 10 years back and using this key . is it matching or not, when from 10 years,


Company is doing insurance, never bothered to see or check .


I would have changed or stop using then itself.


I will continue my fight for claim .
