Yesterday I went to Bajaj Allianz office with my father for surrender the policy I have seen there was an employee he helped for completing all formalities like filling form so customer service was good easily claims settlement.
The returns was not good actually that policy was based on share market my father deposited 25000(5000 per year) but now the rate of that policy fund is only 18000 so there was loss and nobody want to take loss like that.
Staff Attitude was cool behavior was also good.
