I have my company lease Honda city with Bumper to Bumper - Comprehensive insurance. I filed for a claim around 32K & they just approved for 15k. Logic given by them is, our discretion.
They will frustrate & talk to you like babus - Give me police complaint, how it happened, why it happened & in the end will not approve your claim.
For my next year renewal, I am 100% not going to BajajAllianz & also advise anyone to stay away from this firm.
Best is Sundaram Insurance or National Insurance
