I recently purchased a **Traktor Kontrol X1** unit from Bajaao.com (4th April 2015). This wasn't my 1st purchase from this company. Unfortunately the unit stopped working after about one and a half months (20th May 2015). The unit was picked up by Bajaao.com and was sent for repair. After about 20 days the unit was returned without any repair. The unit did not work after being returned to me.
The same as informed to Bajaao.com but since then they have not bothered to replace the unit or refund the money.
I'm forced to call their customer care number and speak to their executives again and again and send mails on a daily basis but not a single mail is being replied.
This review is to keep everyone informed and warned about the company's ethics towards customers and their customer service policy.

It has been a week since I am calling almost everyday and every time you guys are promising a call back but no one calls.
I have given you enough time for you to do the necessary but it seems you/ your company is least interest in resolving this case. One cannot wait for so long for a resolution, nobody would.
In such a sitiaton I think you guys should take your product back and process a refund since I don’t see any solution coming out of all this. The unit is lying around for over a month now and it is a waste of my investment and I’d like to buy something else in lieu of this product.
