Very unpleasant experience. BT speaker malfunctioned during warranty. Bajaao took more than 4 months to derive a conclusion. They insisted on repairing and not replacing the product. Eventually they couldn't do either, so i asked for refund which took another month. Hundreds of phone calls and emails go unanswered. Ronit, the customer care executive is an absolute waste of time, very poor support.
