I placed an order(33125254) in July 2013 and received it defective. I raised a complaint on the same day. After that I chased them like anything and every time a new person repeat same thing to take store credit, whereas I want refund.
Ahhh, its been 5 months now and I didn't received my refund. Don't know how they are working.
