Hi,
I am Pratyaksh Sachan. I have purchased 2 tour packages from Bagittoday, order no. 33150588 & 33150535. At the time of purchase, they charged me 4000 rupees for each order and told me that this tour package will be valid for 1 year and gave me a number for any kind of query. The number is (0116572900).
After some time, when I decided to lock my choices, I dialed above given no. But I was not able to connect on this number, I tried this number so many times but no response and also I didn't get any revert from bag it today Also, very bad service of bag it today.
Finally I visited the site of bag it today to cancel the order. So, a customer care executive told me that
my order has expired ? It's ridiculous.
Now, I wanted to cancel both my orders because I din't avail any kind of services and you are charging Rs.8000 , which is not acceptable.
So cancel both the orders and refund full amount to my account.
