uptail is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Overall, the service is decent. The product selection is good, and the shipping is reasonably fast. However, I've noticed occasional delays in updating the inventory status, which has led to a couple of instances where I had to inform customers about out-of-stock items after they placed an order. This is a bit of a hassle and can affect customer satisfaction. If they could improve the real-time inventory management, it would be a much smoother experience. Still using them, but hoping for this improvement.
