I have an account in Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur Branch. Fine for minimum balance have been debited from my account thrice in a year. Also an amount of 250 was also deducted for some consolidated charges. But as per RBI Governor statement bank can't deduct money for minimum balance.
If these kind of behavior (mental torture) continues then I have to go to consumer forum. I expect some satisfactory answer from your side. This is not the way to handle customers. Nearly 3000 bucks I lost due to your disastrous policies. Who will give me that money. It is not small amount.
