Recently I have opened an Saving account in Axis bank and its been 3 months in Gaya branch ehich is at Gandhi maidan. from the first day I feel like its one of the horrible banking in india, they took my 4 hrs in bank just to open an account and I dont know why they dedicate money from my account every year after several complaining till now my problem is not resolved.
They have a good ATM chain services in most of the major areas of city and the one thing I like about Axis is its phone banking you can do transaction or can get update of your account in a single click.
The customer services need to improve because of my limited experience with this bank I am saying the way they ask to their customer but not taking any action to sort out the problem is terrible.
