I have been really very very much appreciated this bank as I never seen any complain from this bank in any respect. The most professionally, customare caring, speedy bank.
I must recommand other banks management to learn a lot from this banks. Their employees are always working and they have always time for their customer even inspite of they remains so much busy. I know and realised that the biggest strenth of this bank is its employees.
The only problem is that regarding loan policy its very much conservative. Otherwise I never wish to go any other bank except the UTI Bank. The other problem is that this bank is also not offerring the credit card too. But I hope that in future it will offer it too. I hope that this bank really will be a challenge to other private sector bank and will show them a way how to bank with customer and what a bank should be and how to do banking business
