I have been a part of the bank as a customer from last 8 years and I am still using the same till date, I am extremely satisfied with the the customer service and the customer handling, its one of the best bank of our country and no one bank in private segment, ATM service is superb and same with the internet banking, though I personally do not use the internet banking of the bank for some of my personal reasons its great as per my friends feedback.
I have got my first salary in the same bank account and I have got a numerous offers till date, like car loan, home loan, personal loan, credit card facility
Over all a great bank and with great facility for phone banking and great customer satifaction
