Axis Bank is a private bank, so I was hesitating for opening an account here. But since it was the only bank near my house at that time so I opened my account here.
But believe me guys I never regretted for this.
The bank is super facilitated and the bank employees are very good people.
I get good benefits for buying something by the help of my debit card.
It's ATM machines and bank branches are not available in many places, this is the biggest problem with this bank.
I tell you my experience when my 3000 rupees was deducted for no reason. I just called the customer care and mailed them with full details. They returned my money in just 7 days.
Axis Bank's mobile& internet banking facilities are the best. I can do everything with it. I can pay bills, transfer money and recharge my mobile number.
I would highly recommend this bank.
