Axis Bank first known as UTI Bank. The bank has a good working atmosphere as I saw in its branch in Statesman Building, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. The staff is providing full cooperation to its customers. They have sufficient staff for every requirement for customers i.e. for withdrawing cash from counter, making fixed deposits, clearing department etc. The phone banking is upto the mark and ATM availability is OK. The internet banking site of the bank is OK. The customer service of bank is upto the satisfaction mark. But at the end I have to say that the bank should open more branches if they want to compete with other private banks.
