I have been a regular customer with Axis Bank for more than 5 years, but off late, it has become a menace to maintain a bank account with Axis. Earlier the management was very friendly and even went out of the way to help me with my bank account which is a current account. But off late, my business account is charged will all sort of'bank fee' for no apparent reason.
Even for some of the LCs we want to get discounted, it takes hell lot of time and the staff has become level-headed. I am losing business because of their attitude. I am finding it difficult and every time I speak to the concerned customer care and branch manager, they do not have any answer.
I will be soon closing my bank account here and opening a new one in other pvt banks. I wished they improved their service.
