The most worst customer service they have. I had a saving bank account in Axis, n they deduct some kind of charges from my account without any information.
N wen I ask, they told its some kind if maintainance charges.
Not only this the online banking is always have server problems. In 24 hours their website only work for 6 hours.
So, last month I'vre closed my Bank A/c from Axis.
Hate it n suggest you never deal with this bank ever
