The only reason I want to know that why consilated charges are some much high like" Consolidated Charges for A/c
9678.84+ GST @18% on Charge 1742.19(including), today deducted from my account with giving any intimations, On my last call The Dumb executive said that there are no charges included till feb 2018; after aishwaryasingh23ing the 4400 of amount . Now I am wondering that the charges increase within 10 days almost 11000 and the so called Axis Bank deduct it suddenly, after clear the said amount of 4400 INR for last mont, I feel very low for this type of service I received from the AXIS BANK, I hope this is the my last relation with AXIS and I never recommend anyone to open any account or avail any services from AXIS BANK.
- Customer care executive have no proper training or information for the customer questions.
2.Frequent deduction of charges – There is this ATM maintenance charge, other ATM usage charge, checkbook annual charge, minimum balance limit crossed charge and what not. Sometimes it feels like more of a prison and less of a bank. There are too many charges which are quite un-necessary and every time Rs.25-30 are constantly deduced from the account.
Worst bank come with worst services, I will give -0 rating .
