I think Axis Bank is the best and should be the first option for home loan, I got awesome service. I got loan within 15 days @10.25% p.a., for 75 lakh and they gave me an option that if they increase ROI or I get bad service, I can transfer loan to other bank without any charge or single rupee.
I saw Axis bank history. RBI revised ROI at Aug 2012 after that they have constant ROI while SBI, HDFC and LIC have Changed it many times.
One of my LIC Friend Transfer His loan from LIC to Axis because LIC has some lowest rate in home loan for fixed 3 year and after 3rd year they are trying to increase the ROI like 12% or 11.5%, so people are coming to Axis Home Loan and they give 25000 tax free certificate per year as well.
