The incident that I am going to mention here is not happens with me but it happens with my father since two months ago when he was sleeping in house, a message came from axis bank that RS 1000 has been debited from your account, seriously he got so nervous that time I have first seen my father so nervous then he called to customer care and told about the incident and they said that they were called after doing inquiry. After 1 hours call came from head branch of Mumbai and they explained the incident that someone hacked your debit card then my father argued what about the money if RS 1000 would be debited from card so RS 10000 would also be debited, they replied it was not their matter. what is that?
while giving the debit card they provide all type of security now how they reacted on incident that happened with us. we were so lucky that only RS 1000 debited instead of RS 10000 or 1 lac because RS 1000 is not big amount.
Then my father broke the card and threw it to the dustbin.
I never recommended you to use axis bank on the behalf on my Father
