Pathetic. That's the only word to describe this bank and specially this branch. They are not capable of updating the phone number for PRIORITY account. Met Pradeep Mistry last time I visited the branch and filled in the form and complained about the attitude of staff who was acting as someone who just doesn't want to do anything. They said- it takes 48 hours to update contact info. Although I have filled the form 3 times in the past and it was never done. He assured that it will be done by Friday. Of course looking at his attitude I was sure that they won't be doing anything this time s well. I decided to give one last chance. Now I am sure these are useless people and I don't want to keep my money with this bank.
