Axis bank is the big name in the the sector of banking in india but according to the name the bank should not provide a service .
The staff which is appointed in the bank for providing a service to the clints are not provide his service properly they are not able to satisfy the customer fully.
The services like Net banking, Phone banking or customer service is average or below average .
I suggest the persons who want to open a bank account with axis think before taking action .
