Hi,
I was holding an account in Axis Bank (Fancy Bazaar, Guwahati), account no - 608010100006125.
I was a customer since 2004 till last week. Now they increased their minimum balance and without intimation, the people ate my entire balance of 4000 plus as fine for not maintaining minimum balance.
When I went to bank the manager said " Sir you have to pay 1900 Rs. more in order to pay all fine." I was pissed off that they want 6000 as fine. My question is why they didn't they intimate me before that?? I being 10 years old customer, they treated me like this than just imagine what about the customers opening new account. I warn you all guys never go for Axis Bank, they just try to eat money by any illegal means.
Not only this they sent me a letter that you are not doing transaction but cant they write a single line that minimum balance criteria has changed etc. Just they kept quiet and ate my entire money.
BEWARE NEVER EVER GO WITH AXIS BANK........
