I HAVE PLACED ORDER FOR LADIES BAG COMBO(code 1126) ON25 june 2010 and they have billed thro my credit card of ICICI on same day and till now I have not received the item nor they do respond to my mail. When approached the ICICI credit card agency they are not responding though they to have the responsibility when they have billed and taken payment from me.
The AvA customer care answering by phone it will dispatch with in five days from last 45 days(every five days same answer) . Will some one enlighten me whether the company is existing or ICICI and AVA joined and cheated the credit card holders?
