I am one of the deceived customers of this company. Please go through the following issue and you can understand the irresponsible behaviour.
I have bought a MP3 player from ava merchandising through my Citibank credit card in the month of Feb 2007(ref no: 160013138). After doing a long follow up with the company I received it after 1 month which didn’t worked. I had sent it back and after a long follow up I received a non working MP3 player, once again from them after 2 months. As per their suggestion I have sent MP3 player back to them in the month of May. There is no response from this company. Since then I had been sending chain mails with a copy list to Shveta kaloo, rishab, merlin and gavrav. I don’t know about the designation of these people. Any how till now I didn’t receive any response from these people and my money is still them. This is the ninth month.
