I used to buy a lot of products from AVA Merchandising as I am an ABN AMRO gold card holder. This time I ordered a costly Ranvik Coffee Table. It was a defected product. I complained, follwed up for 3 long months. I made 1 phone call alomst every week and was assured by the customer care that my product would be taken care of. Finally I was told by the cheaters that the prodcut is no longer in stock. They asked me to buy the "little" broken part from the market myself . HOPELESS company. I dont know why does ABN AMRO ties up with them. They have a very bad customer care and bad products. NO one should buy products from them.
Now when I thretended them of going to a consumer court they sent a courier company to pick up my product without prior notice. This is utter cheating and I now do not know what to do.
