To start off, the VP is a real clown in the company he does not know how to interact with HUMANS he treats them as some machines...... there will be tremendous work pressure from him and everyone. If u need some help u have to contact the HR who btw is real clown also and does not even know the HR policy of the company she knows only to gossip.
People beware of this company they may ask u to ask a bond but after that your whole life is spoiled, u will lose your peace for sure, the whole company treats ppl as animals and there is no job security, if u take sick leave they will cal up the doc and ask that's the cheap mentality of these ppl.
Hope some labor law officials conduct a raid in this office as they make us work for 12 hrs daily.
