Assisted property search is useless.The property manager sits in Chennai and has no clue of properties in Bangalore. She just searches diff websites and suggests. They are not even capable of focusing on properties for any specific location. Pure waste of money. The intention of a customized service is to have a field survey being done for the areas requested by the customer who is paying and not as per the areas identified by the property manager in the internet.
