All products are inferior quality and while calling the customer care they are cutting the calls.
I purchased two products from this website and both the items are not working.
The first item is: Cellesta M1 Combo of MP3 Player & 8 GB Micro SD Card
It is not at all working.
The second item is: 5 Watt LED Bulb Combo Of 5 Seller: KAKS ELECTRONICS
These Bulbs are very inferior in quality. One bulb is not having one side holding tip itself.
In four bulbs, LED is not in place and not working too.
Bulps were delivered on 29/10/2015 and MP3 Player was delivered on 28/10/2015. I reported it on 02/11/2015 and sent mails on 02/11/2015 since I was not in town during last weekend. When I called the customer care, they are telling as withing 48 hours, we have to report. Otherwise they won't hear from us. In other online shops, we can return the products within a month's time.
Please don't buy any product from this website.
