I placed a prepaid order of ambrane powerbank order #ab3757681 on askmebazaar.com on 4 oct 2015.On 6 oct I received an SMS that ptoduct will be delivered within 5 days. The product has not been delivered till today. Contacted customer service which costs std charges, they put call on unlimited hold and the only option left is to disconnect the call.
Their twitter channel keep on repeating the same thing: "concerned team is working on it". This website seem to be a scam to me. I lodged a ticket on their support site, but no one is replying there for 6 days, ticket #4507. I will never recommend askmebazaar.com, poor services in every aspect.
