I ordered a Hyna tab from Getitbazaar on 9 Sept-13. Order no.100006750. There is no account maintained for the user, hence customers cannot track their orders. After waiting for a week, as per their delivery time, when I did not receive the product, I followed up with their customer care.
After asking all the information about my order, I was told that I will get a call back, which never happened. I have constantly called them in the past 2 months, at least 15 times but every time there is same response, that I will get call back for my order.
Once the customer care told that I will get refund, but that also I am still awaiting.
This is the worst website for online shopping. I shop many times through online, and get the product or refund. This is the first time I have faced this issue. Seems to be a very fraud website, stay away from it.
Reliable websites as per my experience - Ebay, Snapdeal, First cry.
